How can education leaders use action research?

Education leaders can utilize Blogs and Wikis to create and gain knowledge from other individuals.  Most districts have leaders who perform unique functions in their organization however, they are not unique to their counterparts in other districts.  Action research applications can facilitate interaction and assist in gaining insight.  These are critical tools in a modern age.  Additionally, these tools will become increasingly important as district leaders begin assuming  larger lists of duties in light of less state funding of education.
